The Nondual Wisdom of the Yogasūtra

A 6-week online program

Integrate the profound wisdom and logical consistency of yoga psychology into your life

“Everything in the future will improve if you are making a spiritual effort now.”

— Parmahansa Yogananda

Yoga means union.

The term “Yoga” is derived from the root ‘yuj’, which means to unite, to join, to integrate. While the term emphasizes the union of all things, the yogic practices oftentimes focus on discrete phenomena.

Since we live in the realm of multiplicity, we’re meant to differentiate between things. Without differentiation, there would be no colors of the rainbow or sounds of the orchestra—it’s what allows this realm to have its texture, color and varieties of experience. However, when we lose the underlying linkage between all things, we fall into the delusion that we are separate, and we feel isolated, ill-at-ease and, sometimes, in states of extreme suffering.

Yoga teaches us how to clear our lens of perception so we can differentiate but remain connected to an embodied, experiential unity and nondual Reality. Through yoga, we return to the wholeness that was never really divided in the first place.

Join me for this in-depth, online, 6-week program as we explore the ancient wisdom of yoga psychology and yoga practice and why it is still relevant today.

Whatever form of yoga you practice, understanding Classical Yoga psychology and philosophy will awaken deeper insights and support your efforts towards alignment and authenticity.

Here is what you’ll discover:

  • Heal from separation. Underlying, innate wholeness is always and already here— it doesn’t go anywhere and never abandons us.

  • Clear the lens of perception. Remove the distorted knowledge and delusions in the way of clear seeing and experiencing reality.

  • Learn what Yoga psychology teaches about synchronicity and psychic phenomena.

  • Explore techniques to master your emotions and lead a life filled with joy, love, and peaceful equanimity.

  • Gain greater understanding of the mindbody unity and embark on a deeper exploration of feelings and sensations, as well as an understanding of the wisdom they carry.

  • Increase your capacity to sit at the window of tolerance. Learn how to work on, live at, and gain insight at that edge of intense sensation and emotion so you can heal from any inherited family or cultural trauma or distress and heal from the delusion of separation.

“Self-realization is yoga or ‘oneness’ with truth—
the direct perception or experience of truth by
the all-knowing intuitive faculty of the soul.”

— Parmahansa Yogananda
